Cast on Shock double remove spirit if 2 gem socked in

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Wrong spirit when using cast on skill Gem.

1 cast on shock with 2 skill gem (Orb of Storm and Arc)
Spirit cost of cast on shock 60

Total available spirit 78

remaining spirit 18

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Enabling all 3 Gems give a result of -42 spirit
Having only one of them enable correctly give 18 remaining.
Seem cast on shock remove spirit per skill gem.

How to reproduce the issue

Add cast on shock
Add Orb of Storm
Add Arc
See that the total cost is 120 spirit instead of 60 in game.

Same issue as #778. Was fixed on dev by #781, will be fixed in next release.
