Update all -ng15 components documentation and demo #48

All the CoreSpring Angular 1.5 components have been ported to PIE and are in Corespring org.

We need to:

  • add schema.json to each one
  • update their demo items to use the new config format (see latest versions of docs)
  • remove generated files from repo (there's many generated files with local paths in them)
  • update README.md to explain how to load docs/demo for the pie like pie pie-info .
