This ensures OpenFisca-UK forecasts over the next five years.

  • Uprate benefits with CPI (ensure we use the correct version of the index - September CPI)
  • Calibrate weights using accurate 2023-27 statistics (add where available, project where not)

Just realised the uprating logic is failing to hit parameters in parameter scales, which is preventing the income tax by income band parameter from uprating and throwing off the income tax calibration. Will be fixed once openfisca/openfisca-core#1113 is through but I could implement a fix in OpenFisca-Tools in the meantime
