In the road to Gobierto globalization, we need to add support to multilanguage content in Site model:

localize the name and the entity name
update the admin UI to enable admins create and update sites in multiple languages
include a migration script from the old attributes to the new attributes

Do not remove old attributes in a migration, we'll do it in #551
