Because there was only some preliminary starts of testing using Cucumer, adding proper testing coverage is crucial since ProTip deals with money and such.

a whole bunch of progress towards #17 and #21

- created eslint file and jobs to run linter
- updated gulpfile with modules
- created bundle.js that builds most app logic
- updated manifed and package with modules
