No updated models in current release

I installed monai via pip install monai and got version 1.3.2. However, there are many features unavailable in this version, for example, i could get errors when running from monai.inferers.inferer import DiffusionInferer or from monai.networks.nets import VQVAE. However, these codes can be found in the MONAI github pages, so I am wondering how i can download this lateset version to include such new features?
