Summary

Coming out of #955 / #1212 , realized that we forget to update the getting started documentation to reflect the change from templates/ to layout/!

Details

Should go through the entire Getting Started docs and make sure it is up to date still and at least update to reflect layouts.

LOL, I should have checked first but from what I can tell everything in the preview docs is correctly referencing layouts so not sure what I actually forgot 😊
