Validation mission stuck

My guess is this is related to #3261

Mikey just pushed a new version to deployment. I thought I'd try to see if the validation stuff was fixed but it's now just getting stuck:

Looks like it's happening every time I try to finish a validation mission.

Strangely, I also got up to 11 in one mission (which should be impossible; max should be 10)

Also happening as incognito. This is all in Seattle

Also broken in Oradell, so I would suggest this is broken everywhere and that there is no way to complete more than one mission on the deployed version of Project Sidewalk now.
