Speed test

Added benchmark to regression tests.

Shows on my M1 mac (with Redis running in a Docker container) it takes ~400 μs to go through one full data exchange between the service requestor and provider. This means ~100 μs for each leg of the four push/pop operations involved.

JSON serialization/deserialization of the (relatively complex) data structure in the regression test, shows a penalty hit of ~10%.
