WIP:

  1. the design of rocprofiler-sdk (v3) is totally different from roctracer (v1 and v2), trying to integrate rocprofiler-sdk into XLA as a backend to profiling JAX and TensorFlow models running with ROCm runtime.

atm, trying to transferring traced events to XEvent for visualisation.
