Option to add more metadata terms

Currently the metadata terms on the CF-NetCDF configuration are a subset of the possible ACDD and CF global attributes. It would be good if the user could select additional terms to add to their template.

To keep the user interface simple, this could be added as a macro to open up on request, therefore not taking up space.
