Linked to EPIC #2

Add sign-in and sign-up pages. The sign-in page will accept the
connection only if credentials are admin/admin. To "keep" the opened, a
cookie will be created with a lifetime of 1h. In case of the cookie is
expired or missing, we redirect to the login page.
