Create all theses resolvers:

EtatLieuCollection
EtatLieuLogementCollection(logementId: String)
getEtatLieu(id: String)
setEtatLieu(id: String, data: Object)

We consider a etat des lieux is a immutable information. We will not
exposes update and delete resolvers.
