build error: HPX_WITH_DISTRIBUTED_RUNTIME=off is required for my configuration

Expected Behavior

I tried building with the CMake setup I use for successfully build 1.4.1, so I expected it to work with master.

Actual Behavior

It does not build (see build-output.txt)

By disabling the module -DHPX_WITH_DISTRIBUTED_RUNTIME=off, that was not available in 1.4.1, it builds correctly (thanks @rasolca).

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

I built master 001c1bc with a CMake configuration I used for HPX 1.4.1.

In particular, I think it is relevant the fact that I have HPX_WITH_NETWORKING=off.

• HPX Version: master 001c1bc
• Platform (compiler, OS): GCC 8.3.0 on Linux
