While working on a ticket related to Pop-up, I found the we are not able to edit the pop-up window. It goes blank and throws an error "
useDispatch() Error: Could not find react-redux context value; please ensure the component is wrapped in a <Provider>". I removed the code that were using dispatch, and it's handled differently now.FYI - this PR is similar to other PR related to similar type of issue - #5211, #5019 and #4978
