Problem

We currently don't get accurate code coverage reports as indicated in StanfordBDHG/ENGAGE-HF-Web-Frontend#6.

Solution

We should follow the same approach as StanfordBDHG/ENGAGE-HF-Web-Frontend#7 and some more generalized elements to enable this functionality in this repo as well.
