On occasion, timestamps from 1970 will appear in data files. This issue originates in the metadata returned by the USRPs (see SuperDARNCanada/borealis#464), and seems to happen only very sparingly. A simple check should be made for this problem, to ensure that these files are caught and fixed before being uploaded to the mirror.
