- Removed dependence on deepdish
- Updated gaps script to use h5py for I/O, significantly speeding up the script
- Fixed bug in gaps script that caused it to miss downtimes at end of single-day query
- Fixed bug in gaps script that caused it to fail hard after doing all the work if gaps directory didn't exist. Now, it fails early if the directory doesn't exist.
* Changed all subprocess calls to equivalent python function calls * Removed bz2, deepdish, math, pydarnio, subprocess, sys, and time dependencies * Removed the --file_structure argument, will handle both site and array structures * Fixed various other lint errors
