Links undefined

Issue Summary

Opening a post on the same page throws a 404 error (url is undefined). Works fine when links are opened in a new tab or window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you have 0.4.1 installed
2. Create a blog post
3. Try opening the post in the same window and then in a new tab/window

• Ghost Version: master - latest commit
• Client OS: OSX 10.8.5
• Server OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
• Node Version: 0.10.26
• Browser: Chrome 33.0.1750.152

Issue seems to be fixed in 0.4.2 update. Closing this issue.
