Overview
Removed unused and old files.
Remove unused packages from
package.jsonand properly implement others. This means eslint, babel, and commitlint are all more capable as many had unimplemented plugins in the dependencies.Update all packages to latest version.
Bug fixes were made along the way as the newly implement more advanced linting caught more things to fix.
This PR should probably be merged last as I imagine it will at the least conflict with some things in the other PRs and for sure reveal bugs to fix due to its more advanced linting.
