One can take reference from this connector for this https://github.com/danswer-ai/danswer/tree/main/backend/danswer/connectors/salesforce
The implementation they have might not work for KB articles as salesforce has multiple API’s , this is how customer portal scrapes KB articles for reference https://github.com/UiPath/Customer-Portal-Node/blob/500f3c6088ed5d781b2ad0796c3eaedfc9bb0d28/src/services/sfdc/sfdc-support-kb.service.ts#L66
