What were you doing?

On docs page https://mespotin.uber.space/Ultraschall/Reaper-Filetype-Descriptions.html#Reaper-kb.ini
there is no note that ActionCommandIDs are
case-insensitive, e.g

KEY 9 65 _<C-a> 0
SCR 4 0 "_<C-a>" "<C-a>" script_1.lua
KEY 13 65 _<C-A> 0
SCR 4 0 "_<C-A>" "<C-A>" script_2.lua

will randomly map both shortcuts to either first or second script.
