Steps to Reproduce

前提是，甘特图的任务条比较宽，宽到最底层的滚动条与其有交叉，另外当任务条与左侧表格有交叉时，事件触发也不符合预期，如下图：

Current Behavior

不能按预期触发鼠标移入移除事件

Expected Behavior

期望正常触发
