[Bug] Custom Copy as ASCII Shortcut is Ignored

What's the issue you encountered?

When setting custom key binds for the Copy and Copy as -> ASCII String options for the Hex Editor, specifically by swapping the respective binds, the new binds are ignored as if the settings have not been changed.

How can the issue be reproduced?

• Set Extras > Settings > Shortcuts > Hex Editor > Copy as -> ASCII String to ALT + C
• Set Extras > Settings > Shortcuts > Hex Editor > Copy as -> ASCII String to CTRL + C
• Open an EXE or ELF file in the Hex Editor.
• Highlight any text in the ASCII panel.
• Press CTRL + C.
• Swap to an external application, such as Notepad or Discord.
• Paste using CTRL + V.
• Observe the bytes representation is pasted rather than the ASCII text.
