Changed \ectf to \efct, \ectt to \etct.
Added back \f, which is introduced in v1.0.0, deprecated in v2.0.0, and now back in v5.0.0.
Added \pl: +, \mn: -, \gt: >, \lt: <, \sh: /, \bsh: , which \bsh is math mode wise.
Fixed bugs.
Added more commands.
