On the Playground side, we have:

• The new file Browser on WordPress Playground
• Playground CLI now has support for Xdebug on Chrome Devtools, VS Code, and PhpStorm.
• Playground CLI version 3.0.20 also shipped support for:
• [PHP.wasm] ImageMagick extension wordpress-playground#2834
• [PHP] SOAP extension wordpress-playground#2832
• Add support for AVIF in GD wordpress-playground#2814
