Proposed changes

This PR upgrde package node:

• fixes the staticcheck warning SA1019
• add flag rpcreadtimeout with default value 30s
• add flag rpcidletimeout with default vaule 120s
• change default value of ReadTimeout of HTTP server from 5s to 30s
• change default value of WriteTimeout of HTTP server from 10s to 30s
• fix a deadlock
• report actual port used for http rpc
