Instead of displaying an album with multiple disc like:

01 First Title
02 Second Title
...
01 First Title of second disc
...
01 Also a First Title on another disc

it will be displayed:

1-01 First Title
1-02 Second Title
...
2-01 First Title of second disc
...
3-01 Also a First Title on another disc


          show disc number as prefix of track number
