测试了一下最新版本申请多域名泛域名证书，显示正常
libcurl error 28为超时，怀疑访问CA或腾讯云API接口超时

建议DNSPod更新一下文档，中文文档中仍使用dns_dp 会产生 401 错误
acme支持的服务商中没有tencent，导致我更换成dns_tencent 后不知道应该怎么设置Id和Key的环境变量，最后是通过看源码解决的问题
