Renamed the GPIO blink example to be a simpletest example in order to be consistent across the repositories. Thanks @prcutler!

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython Bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-tca8418.
