Firsts, thanks for working on this! Great app.

Second, I wanted to see about submitting a request for maintaining folder structure while relocating files. The new addition of recursive checking is awesome, and I think that recursively rebuilding the structure would save users on setup time as it would allow dynamic watching and applying of rules.
