Add analyser to check for implementating or extending ProviderType interfaces from AEM

Of of the code quality rules CQBP-84 checks whether user code implements or extends a ProviderType from AEM (the product).

We should add an analyser which performs this check across the whole user feature model and by default issue a warning.
