As noted in LiveDevelopment.js:

    // TODO: Remove this temporary flag. Once we're certain that Live HTML is ready,
    // we can remove all traces of this flag.
    brackets.livehtml = true;

This feature has been enabled for quite a few releases now, so it's time to remove the flag.
