Feature request: add support for encrypted notes

For example, any note with tag gpg is automatically encrypted.

This is a great idea! I'll have to think about how to do this well. Should the key be stored in the database? If so, it isn't very secure. But if not, where would it go?

Maybe just use epa-file, enable auto-encryption-mode for note with gpg tag.
