does snoop support output in HTML format?
I think this would be really cool: Local variables hidden first, and only if you want to see them you can expand them.

It doesn't. It would be cool, but it's not something I'm going to implement myself. If you want to give it a try, take a look at https://github.com/alexmojaki/snoop/blob/master/snoop/formatting.py , it might not be too difficult with the use of HTML <details> and <summary> tags.

Also take a look at the tool mentioned in cool-RR/PySnooper#176 (comment) . I haven't tried it but I expect it should also work with snoop.
