iLogtail在阿里云商业化产品，支持Operator模式，可以通过CRD来定义采集配置文件；这样iLogtail的运维部署和应用的日志采集规则可以隔离开。我们在日常的工作中，
ilogtail的部署由基架同学负责，业务的日志配置规则由业务开发同学，配置过程中会来回沟通，非常耗时，期望在社区上复现商业化产品类似的能力。概要设计图如下：
