Tree visualizations of the Biolink Model

To run locally

1. Clone the repo
2. Do pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Run python app.py --debug
4. Go to http://127.0.0.1:5000/ in your browser (or whatever address you're directed to by the command line message output by step 3)

Note: You will need to refresh the browser page to see any local code changes.

Deployment

Pushing code to main automatically triggers a rebuild and deployment of the application.
