Made the script directly modifying the example local.conf that poky provides, instead of pulling lnxdsp-scripts and copying over canned files
Copied the current configuration from lnxdsp-scripts repo
Resizing accessible memory range for ARM on sc594 such that
it does not overlap with SHARC allocated address space
