Missing files and import errors in visualization gallery task #5
Description
I am working on the rest photo of the visualization gallery task and have encountered a few issues with some of the source code files:
- For the Analysis of enrollment data for resistive memory devices source code, it requires the file "Updated-R46Sandia-cv.xlsx". I found the link for this file (https://github.com/tdhock/sandia-enrollment/blob/master/Updated-R46Sandia.xlsx) but it seems to be no longer working.
- Both Minimizing area under min(FP,FN) source codes ([1] [2]) require importing the file "auc.improved.rds". However, after cloning the repository, I encounter an error when trying to import or open it. I am facing a similar issue with the file "loss.small.rds" for the Full path of changepoint models and cost functions source code.
- With the Table Mountain Pine source code, I cannot find the required files, namely "registry-expired" and the "data/" directory, which is referenced in the line: spp.csv.vec <- normalizePath(Sys.glob(""data/*""))
@Faye-yufan I would be very grateful if you could recheck the mentioned files or any other guidance for porting these photos. Thank you very much for your time and guidance.
