Hi, I have read your wonderful manuscript on Genome Biology and now I can get the output files of onTAD successfully. I'm very curious about the TAD-adjR2 score you used in the manuscript to compare onTAD with other TAD callders but I couldn't reproduce the results in your manuscript. Thus, could you please provide me with the scripts you used to calculate the TAD-adjR2 score? Any reply will be helpful. Thanks a lot！
