The kubectl tool's versions are quite old in our Jenkins testbeds, most of them were manually added and not maintained.
Even the old kubectl version works well with the testing K8s for now, it's better to keep it up to date and install it automatically.
So add a new script to check and make sure the kubectl tool is up to date.
