Thanks for this great resource and congratulations on its recent publication. I'm curious - can you share your method for generating mask records?

The criteria for masking a residue is described in the ProteinNet paper. If it's missing something let me know but I think it's complete. The code itself is in Mathematica, so I'm not sure how helpful it would be, but happy to share if it is.
