Fix Matter resumption final ack

Description:

Matter: Fix wrong session number in CASE respumption fast mode, where the final Ack packet sent from Tasmota wouldn't be recognized. This would have little effect and cause only retry packets, but it's better fixed!

Improved logging as well.
