Add scipy.optimize.minimize interface

I think the easiest way of making this package used in the Python community would be to expose a Python API similar to scipy.optimize.minimize so that it could be a drop-in replacement.

This is a good idea and also serves as motivation to implement the remaining solvers that scipy.optimize has and argmin hasn't ;)
