Feature Request: Add ability to convert to PDF

This is a good plugin. I love it. It would be good if it could support exporting to PDF. For how to do it, you could borrow from the asciidoc plugin for VS Code which uses wkhtmltopdf to do the conversion or use the asciidoctor-web-pdf converter that is being developed. Thanks for consideration.

Thanks. I am currently not implementing new features for this plugin. However, I might consider this once I get some spare time.
