Customize Digest

The Calendar Digest is an optional Helios Calendar feature that provides a calendar-wide overview of the latest additions & updates made to the calendar within a single page.

Digest Features

• Welcome Message - A custom message which can be managed within the admin console
• Updated Event List - A list of recently added & updated events, ordered by last edited date.
• Updated Locations - A list of recently added & updated locations, ordered by last edited date.
• Recent Newsletters - A list of recently sent & archived newsletters.

Note: The inclusion, layout and style of these features can be customized within the public calendar theme. The above list represents the default features included with most Helios Calendar themes.

Managing The Digest

• Page Status - Turn the digest On/Off.
• New For - Number of days newly created/approved events will remain labeled as “New” within the updated event list.
• Digest Welcome Message - The welcome message displayed within the digest page.
