Hi, unfortunately pypi's rst parser is absurdly pedantic:

 Checking dist/django_import_export_celery-1.3-py3-none-any.whl: FAILED
ERROR    `long_description` has syntax errors in markup and would not be        
         rendered on PyPI.                                                      
         line 163: Warning: Title underline too short.                          
                                                                                
         Customizing email template for export job completion email             
         ---------------------------------------------------------
