Allow for optional bearing indicator for start, finish and sector geoPoints

To ensure start, finish and sector points are handled in the correct direction, allow for an optional bearing (in degrees) to prevent false triggering.

Example, hill climb tracks where you would have to cross the start/finish in the opposite direction - you would not want to trigger a new lap going in the opposite direction.
