Add lambda <-> AFR conversion #950

Looks like we could use a lambda to AFR conversion, and vice-versa.

This may be a documentation issue rather than a formula conversion.

It depends on the fuel type used:

For gasoline, AFR can be calculated from Lambda by doing the formula: (stoic is 14.68)
Lambda * 14.68 or Lambda * (1/14.68)
