Add docker image automated build.

Hello.
Considering work has already been done in issues #2, would it be possible to have an official automated build on the docker hub?
This would greatly speed up deployment whenever necessary.

Also the Docker file already exists 😄 so it should only be a matter of configuring a repo with the docker registry or the registry of your choice.

We were discussing this with our team and it's already in our plan. The dockerfile we have will need some improvements but it can be used as a starting point. The problem here is that we are not able to use build machines on DockerHub because of their CPU/memory/time limits so we will need to set this up in our TeamCity.
